To make payments directly from your bank for the original Euro amount. Contact us for the required banking details. Then once you have made your payment please inform us so that we can validate your order.
Orders can be charged is US Dollars, UK Sterling or Euro. To ensure fixed US Dollar and UK Sterling prices payment via Paypal is required. All non-Paypal orders are charged in Euro - the currency of many European countries since 2002 (o learn more about the Euro see the European Central Bank). If paying by credit card outside Paypal your credit card company will automatically bill you at the current exchange rate (including commission) which is subject to fluctuation beyond our control.

Orders originating inside the European Union are charged Irish sales tax of 21%, however their are no import duties or restrictions for customers within the Union.
Tax-Free Shopping: Orders from outside the European Union are entitled to be charged Tax Free. Please note, however, that you remain liable to any local taxes and duties applied at the port of entry.
Shipping & Tracking
Shipping is always FREE by post to anywhere in world across the five continents. Protected by a sturdy presentation box and packing, our rings are shipped express airmail via An Post, Ireland's national postal service.
You will be notified on dispatch. For some higher value orders you will be notified on dispatch with a unique tracking code to allow you to track your order online; for example http://claddagh.com/tracking.asp?ID=sample-tracking-code.
From time to time there are shipping service delays beyond our control. Please note that we can be responsible for any shipping delays or losses once an order has left us.
Under Irish and European law you have specific rights under The Distance Selling Directive and Regulations which aim to ensure that you can expect the same minimum level of protection no matter where a supplier is based in the EU. Our return policy is 100% refund on the safe return of any product. But, don't forget to double check ring sizes before you order to avoid the trouble of having to return incorrect sizes.
We do everything we can to ensure that you receive the product you ordered in top condition. However, our no quibble guarantee ensures that, if within 30 days you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and provided it is returned in its original condition, we will gladly arrange for an immediate replacement or refund of the complete purchase price. No questions, no arguments, no problem.
Damaged goods must be notified on receipt and arrangements made concerning return and refund/replacement.
